ED seizes Rs 131 crore from Chinese loan app co

Enforcement Directorate (ED) has seized Rs 131 crore lying in bank accounts and virtual accounts with payment gateways belonging to loan app company PC Financial Services (PCFS) Private Limited under the provisions of the Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA). With the latest action, ED has so far seized Rs 237 crore belonging to the company.
